We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team focused on Southern Europe. In this role, you will be a critical success driver for new Mid-Market clients on Reddit. You will help advertisers activate successfully on the platform, build clear test-and-learn plans, optimize performance, and create the conditions for long-term growth. French fluency is required, and Spanish is a strong plus.
The opportunity
As an Account Manager, Southern Europe, you will partner with new advertisers during their most important early stage on Reddit. Your mission is to onboard accounts quickly and thoughtfully, establish a clear roadmap for success, and help clients achieve their core goals within their first six months on the platform. You will play a key role in proving Reddit’s value, identifying early scaling opportunities, and setting clients up for a smooth transition into longer-term growth.
This role is based out of Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding and activation, including support with Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation
- Build strategic test-and-learn roadmaps that help advertisers launch effectively and improve performance over time
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable client stories
- Identify upsell and scaling opportunities by demonstrating ROI and helping clients expand investment in Reddit
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to troubles
