Senior Staff Security Engineer, Security Operation...
Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team + role At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. Robinhood's Security Operations team operates across two distinct disciplines: proactive security — finding threats and vulnerabilities before attackers do — and reactive security — detecting, investigating, and evicting threat actors in real time. Together, these functions form a complete picture of what it takes to protect one of the most active financial platforms in the world. The team operates in an environment of genuine complexity: high-volume security events, sophisticated threat actors, and a constant arms race against adversaries who are increasingly leveraging AI to move faster and go deeper. The threat landscape is changing. AI-powered attackers don't move like traditional adversaries — they are faster, more adaptive, and harder to track with static defenses. Robinhood's approach to this isn't passive. We are building dynamic, intelligent defensive systems designed to detect, deceive, and outmaneuver agentic attackers — and we need a Senior Staff Security Engineer to help us build them. As a Senior Staff Security Engineer, Security Operations , you will operate at the intersection of operational security tradecraft and cutting-edge AI-driven defense. You will bring deep expertise across both the offensive and defensive sides of security operations and you will push the boundaries of what's possible when those disciplines are combined with modern AI tooling. This is a 0→1 technical leadership role for someone who doesn't just follow the security playbook, but looks to rewrite it. This role is based in our Menlo Park, New York City, or Bellevue office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you’ll do - Serve as the Security Operations AI Tech Lead for Robinhood's offensive and defensive security functions — Owning the technical creation and execution of Robinhood’s Security OperationsAI roadmap for defensive and offensive operations - Lead offensive security research— applying deep red team, penetration testing, and application security expertise to proactively identify and close critical attack surfaces before adversaries find them - Architect and build next-generation defensive capabilities that go beyond static detection — designing intelligent systems that actively engage, deceive, and track sophisticated threat actors including AI-powered attackers - Drive Robinhood's AI-forward security strategy — not just using AI as a productivity tool, but as a core architectural component of how we build a synthetic workforce to scale against agentic and automated adversaries - Identify emerging threat actor motivations and attack patterns especially in the AI space, translating intelligence into proactive defensive architectures that stay ahead of the threat curve - Set technical standards and mentor security engineers within Security Operations, elevating the overall capability of the org What you bring - 12+ years of security engineering experience with demonstrated depth across both offensive security (red team, penetration testing, application security, vulnerability management) and defensive security (incident response, detection engineering, threat intelligence) - Demonstrate impact by innovating with AI in Security Operations — You’ve moved orgs well beyond the chatbot experience and implemented measurable success in uplifting Security Operations with AI. - Proven track record of technical leadership at the Senior Staff, Principal, or Distinguished level — you've set org-wide or company-wide security direction, not just executed within a team - Deep expertise in application security — you understand how modern software is built and where it breaks, and you can operate equally well as a security engineer and a software engineer - Strong background in threat detection and security operations — you understand how attackers operate and how to build systems that catch them faster - A genuine, informed point of view on AI in the security domain — you're not using AI to write scripts, you're thinking about how AI fundamentally changes both the attack surface and the defensive toolkit - Proficiency with cloud infrastructure security (AWS preferred), telemetry and observability tooling, and the technical underpinnings of large-scale detection pipelines - Exceptional technical communication skills — you can write, brief, and influence at the executive level as well as go deep with engineers on implementation details - Security certifications (OSCP, GREM, GXPN, or equivalent) are a plus — but demonstrated capability will always outweigh paper credentials here What we offer - Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career. - Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching. - Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents. - Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds. - Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not. - Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more. - Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits. - Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more! - Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces. Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth
About the team + role Robinhood Gold is our premium membership and one of the most important businesses at Robinhood. For one monthly fee, Gold members unlock a bundle of benefits, including boosted APY on uninvested cash, an IRA match, lower margin rates, professional research, access to the Robinhood Gold Card, and more. The Gold Growth team is responsible for growing that membership: how customers discover Gold, why they start a trial, what convinces them to become paying members, and what keeps them subscribed. Because Gold touches nearly every product at Robinhood, we reach customers across the entire app, and our work directly drives subscription revenue and how much of their financial lives customers choose to bring to Robinhood. As Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth, you will own key levers of the Gold growth funnel and be accountable for business outcomes, not just feature metrics. You will decide where to invest across acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, and retention, make clear trade-offs between growth, member value, and unit economics, and partner closely with data science to run high-velocity experiments, and read results with rigor. You will work hand in hand with design to craft simple, compelling consumer experiences, and you will operate with a high degree of autonomy: taking ambiguous problems, forming a point of view, and driving them to launch with little day-to-day guidance. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do - Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery and trial to paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention. - Drive business impact end to end, including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value. Tie every product bet to the outcomes that matter for the business, not just the next metric on a dashboard. - Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science: generate hypotheses, size opportunities, design A/B tests, and turn results into decisions you scale or kill quickly. - Make hard trade-off decisions across growth, member experience, and economics (for example, offers and pricing versus long-term profitability), back them with clear reasoning and data, and bring stakeholders along with you. - Work hand in hand with design and engineering to build intuitive, persuasive consumer experiences, sweating the details of the entry points, paywalls, onboarding flows, copy, and UI that shape how millions of customers experience Gold. - Operate as the owner of your area: find the highest-leverage growth opportunities, write the plan, rally partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, and ship with minimal oversight. What you bring - You have 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners. - You have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics) and can clearly explain how your product decisions moved them. - You have strong product judgment and are comfortable making trade-offs under ambiguity. You form opinionated recommendations, defend them with data, and change course when the evidence says so. - You are analytically fluent and have partnered closely with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement. Comfort digging into the data yourself is a plus. - You hold a high bar for consumer craft. You care about the details of a great experience and can articulate why one design converts better than another. - You are a self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take a problem from idea to shipped product. What we offer - Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career - Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching - Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents - Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not - Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more - Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits - Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more! - Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces. Staff Product Manager, Consumer Growth Loyalty
At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Product team The Product team listens to our customers’ needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. We rely on empathy, curiosity, and business sense to prioritize features and improve experiences. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision. About the role Millions of people use the Affirm Card, but we don’t yet give them a reason to keep coming back beyond the product itself. You’ll build our consumer loyalty program from scratch: what people earn, how they move up, and why Affirm becomes their default way to pay. What you’ll do - Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s consumer loyalty program, setting the hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across multiple quarters - Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and the surfaces that make the value obvious in app, at checkout, and after a purchase - Build the engagement loops (progress, milestones, personalized offers) that turn a one-time borrower into someone who reaches for Affirm every week - Own the program economics: reward liability, funding mix across merchant-funded offers, interchange and network incentives, and the case for incremental GMV against cost per member - Set up the measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, then tune earn and burn rates and tier thresholds off what the data says - Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design rewards that are compliant and clearly disclosed, with no hidden fees or fine print that surprises people - Align senior stakeholders and pull together dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded engineering and design pods through a lot of ambiguity What we look for - 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks - Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent. You know earn and burn mechanics and what makes a program pay for itself - History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists - Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric, and know which levers actually move them - Comfortable building the financial model yourself and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership - Strong UX instincts and a high bar for design. You know the difference between a reward that feels good and a badge buried in a settings menu - Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and a bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly - Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products; comfort partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance - Excellent cross-functional leadership, including experience leading without authority - AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others to research, analyze and prototype, and help develop better product vision - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Base Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 13 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $230,000 - $290,000 USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $204,000 - $264,000 LI-Remote Remote-first with flexibility built in Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Android engineer to bring plugins, connectors, and interactive apps to life on mobile. You might thrive in this role if you: - Have deep experience building Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks. - Have shipped consumer-facing mobile products at scale and care deeply about performance, quality, and user experience. - Bring a platform mindset and enjoy designing reusable interfaces and abstractions that other developers build on. - Enjoy collaborating across engineering, product, and design, and working directly with developers and partners. - Are excited about bringing AI-powered tools and extensible experiences to mobile. - Thrive in fast-moving environments where you help define both product and technical direction. Why Thunderbird? Thunderbird is one of the world’s most trusted open-source email applications, empowering more than 20 million people globally. At Thunderbird, we build privacy-respecting communication and productivity tools that help people manage their digital lives while staying in control of their data. We are open source by design. Our products are developed transparently and in collaboration with a global community of contributors, and that same spirit shapes how we work: collaboratively, inclusively, and with a shared commitment to putting users first. Our small but growing distributed team includes more than 65 people across seven countries. As Thunderbird evolves beyond a single desktop application, we are expanding across desktop, mobile, paid services, AI offerings, and enterprise-facing work to build independent, privacy-respecting alternatives to big tech ecosystems. Our revenue model combines user donations, which help keep Thunderbird’s applications freely available, with paid services that cover the costs of hosted offerings while supporting long-term sustainability and continued innovation. A note about Thunderbird and Mozilla: Thunderbird Technologies Corporation is the nonprofit-owned company behind Thunderbird email and a growing portfolio of products. While part of the Mozilla family, Thunderbird is a separate entity from Mozilla Corporation and Mozilla Foundation with its own compensation programs, benefits, and employment policies. To learn more, visit www.thunderbird.net and www.thunderbolt.io The opportunity Thunderbird is expanding beyond email with Thunderbolt, an open-source AI client designed for organizations that need more control over their data, infrastructure, and model choices. We’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer: a full-stack engineer who ships production code and works directly with the partners and enterprise customers adopting Thunderbolt. You’ll spend most of your time in the codebase, building the features, integrations, and customizations that real deployments need. The rest of your time goes to working alongside technical partners to get those deployments running and keep them healthy. Thunderbolt is delivered largely through technical partners and systems integrators who own the day-to-day customer relationship. You’ll be the engineer behind them. You’ll understand how a customer’s environment actually works, turn that understanding into working software, and fix the hard problems that need someone who knows the code. What you’ll do - Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and customer-specific customizations in the Thunderbolt codebase, from front-end UI through APIs, services, and deployment configuration. - Work directly with technical partners and enterprise customers to understand their environments, requirements, and constraints, and turn them into technical plans and working software. - Support pilots, proofs of concept, and early production deployments, including partner-hosted and customer-controlled environments. - Diagnose and fix complex issues across the application, infrastructure, identity and access, integration, and data-access layers, including bugs and regressions that need a code change and a release. - Maintain customer-specific customizations over time so they keep working as the core product evolves. - Spot which customer requests should become general product capabilities, and work with product and engineering to build them that way rather than as one-offs. - Bring real-world deployment feedback into roadmap and prioritization discussions. - Write the documentation, deployment guidance, and runbooks that let partners handle routine issues on their own. - Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to move quickly while keeping strong judgment about quality, security, and maintainability. What you bring - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time building and shipping production applications with Staff-level scope and impact. - Strong full-stack engineering skills, including modern TypeScript or JavaScript, component-based front-end frameworks, and back-end services, APIs, and integrations. - Meaningful experience working directly with customers, partners, or systems integrators in a technical capacity where you also wrote the code. Forward deployed, embedded, consulting, and implementation engineering work all count. - Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications, such as LLM platforms, RAG systems, agents, enterprise search, or data connectors. - Solid understanding of enterprise deployment concerns, including authentication and identity providers, access control, self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure, observability, and reliability. - Judgment about when to build something custom, when to generalize it into the product, and when to push back on a request. - Clear communication skills with both technical implementers and non-technical stakeholders, including being honest about what the product can and can’t do today. - Strong collaboration skills, including experience working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. - Comfort operating independently in an early-stage product where requirements, architecture, and processes are still taking shape. Bonus points for - Experience with self-hosted, private cloud, sovereign, or regulated deployment environments. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. - Experience working with European enterprise or public sector customers, or with data residency and sovereignty requirements. - Experience supporting security reviews, privacy assessments, or enterprise procurement processes. - Open-source contributions, or experience in open, highly collaborative engineering environments. What success looks like In your first few months, you’ll help land Thunderbolt’s first enterprise deployments. That means shipping the customizations those customers need, getting partner-hosted deployments stable, and fixing the issues that only show up in real environments. Over time, success means each new deployment takes less custom work than the last. You’ll have turned one-off requests into reusable product capabilities, and partners will be able to handle routine issues without pulling in engineering. Work environment You’ll work with our passionate staff and open-source community members from all over the globe to support the mission and objectives of Thunderbird Technologies Corporation. In this role, you’ll also collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, enterprise-facing teams, technical partners, contractors, and external contributors working on Thunderbolt. This is a remote, full-time position. Many of Thunderbolt’s customers and partners are based in Europe, so some regular overlap with European business hours is expected. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for effective collaboration across time zones and disciplines. The salary ranges for this role are: - Canada: $155,000 - $185,000 CAD We may consider candidates with strong skills but less than the required experience. Senior Product Designer, Design Systems
Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. The Design Systems team is a cross-functional team that ensures design quality across all facets of UI, content, and graphics. Mana, our design system, is well loved and widely used by the product designers, engineers, and creatives who design and build Discord every day. This role is about stewardship: keeping Mana healthy, accurate, and useful as the product grows. You'll own the day-to-day work of fixing bugs, shipping updates, and evolving existing components, and you'll help decide what the system needs next. You're a pattern and tooling expert who lives and breathes component building. Figma component building is second nature to you, you understand code well enough to design components that match how they're built, and you've used AI in a systems context, so you have a clear view of how skills and agents will shape the future of design systems. You're a diplomatic, empathetic partner to product teams. You root every decision in reasoning and can tell the difference between feedback on the system and feedback on personal taste. Mana is co-owned by design and engineering, ownership is fluid, and the lines between roles are intentionally blurry, so you bring zero ego and enjoy working that way. This person will report to the Director of Product Design, Design Foundations. Flutter Developer | Senior
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING BlancVPN is looking for a Flutter Engineer | Senior to support the development of the client app as part of a team: alongside developers and owners of related domains (backend/infra)—from Flutter/Dart to native code for iOS/Android/Windows/Linux, platform channels (Pigeon), and integration with network kernels written in Go. The goal of this role is to ensure a client that remains stable in a constantly changing environment — including during blockages, disconnections, channel degradation, and protocol detection — and an architecture that can withstand these challenges through engineering solutions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR CORE REQUIREMENTS - Fluency in Russian and English (B2+) - 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a significant portion spent working with Flutter and on complex production projects - Native development for iOS and Android. Thorough mastery of one platform: custom modules, platform channels, or Pigeon, and system APIs. Proficiency in the other platform for confident coding and debugging - Network layer below the HTTP client. TCP and UDP, TLS, sockets, routing, connection behavior during disconnections and degradation. The network layer is implemented in native code and Go kernels, so experience debugging networks at this level is required - Low-level experience, even if minimal. C or C++, Go, Rust, dart:ffi, cgo, binary formats. Deep system specialization isn’t required; experience with tasks solved outside of Flutter is needed - Ownership and design. End-to-end responsibility for a feature: defining the problem, technical solution, specification, bringing it to release, and tracking post-release metrics. Examples where the candidate designed a non-trivial part of the system. Some features may involve adjacent areas—it’s important to be able to coordinate with backend/infrastructure owners, assist with setting up, reproducing, and diagnosing issues, and drive changes to a successful outcome through collaboration - Debugging and investigation. The ability to get to the root of a problem, even when the cause lies in another layer. Verifying hypotheses with prototypes and making informed decisions when there is no ready-made answer - Testing. Unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end tests. OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Hong Kong, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa. Who We Are At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me , Do the Right Thing , and Get Things Done . These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more. About The Team Own OKX's in-app messaging end to end — from a fully in-house IM engine to a messaging platform powering community chat, payments, VIP service, and user-to-agent (AI) chat for millions. The more senior you are, the more you set the technical direction others build on. What You'll Be Doing - Build our multi-platform unified IM SDK — unify the logic core across platforms and push performance and stability as a lever for growth. - Platformize the engine — turn it into a platform that product teams build business scenarios on (community chat, payments, VIP service). - Build user-to-agent (AI) chat — the conversational AI surface on top of IM, from real-time delivery to the agent interaction experience. - Own delivery end-to-end — real-time WebSocket long-connection and offline push across overseas + China vendor channels — so messages reach users whether the app is open or not. - Push latency, reliability, and battery/memory to their limits under real production and weak-network conditions. - Build our AI-native engineering practice — design automated development workflows and harness systems (agents, evals, guardrails, CI integration) that let AI do real engineering work, while safeguarding delivery quality and efficiency. - Raise the bar through design and code review, and by making the engineers around you better. - At the Staff level: set technical direction beyond your own area and drive cross-team decisions that shape the IM platform. What We Look For In You - Deep, hands-on experience building native iOS and/or Android — you understand the platform, not just a framework on top of it. - Experience with a cross-platform / shared business-logic layer . We build ours in Rust + UniFFI ; direct Rust-on-mobile experience is a strong plus, but experience with any shared-logic approach — KMP, Flutter, or React Native — transfers well and is valued. - Fluent in at least one of: Swift / Kotlin / Rust / Objective-C / Java / JavaScript , with strong CS fundamentals. - Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps — you've applied maintainable design patterns and own solutions from requirements through to production. - Depth in at least one layer of the messaging stack, and the ability to work across both — whether your strength is chat/feature-level UX or real-time / networking internals: WebSocket / long-connection, and/or offline push delivery across overseas + China channels (APNs, FCM, and China vendor push). Bonus if you have the depth to reason about a messaging engine from the ground up, not just consume one. - Strong mobile performance chops (memory, battery, concurrency, weak-network). - You apply AI deeply in your own engineering — not just code generation . You've built, or are driven to build, automated development workflows and harnesses that make delivery both faster and more reliable. Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent concepts, with hands-on experience taking an AI pipeline from scratch to shipped — and you're excited to build user-facing conversational / agent-chat experiences too. - Comfortable with ambiguity and high scale — you've debugged problems that only appear under real production load. - Signals we value: you naturally raise the standard of teams you join , mentor without being asked, and can grow into a technical anchor for the group. Nice-To-Haves - Built or maintained an IM / chat product, or an SDK consumed by other teams . - Experience with mini-program or dynamic/hot-update frameworks . - Crypto trading / Web3 experience. Perks & Benefits - Competitive total compensation package - L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development - Various team building programs and company events - Wellness and meal allowances - Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants - More that we love to tell you along the process! Please note that Hong Kong is a group-level service hub, and OKX does not carry on a business of operating a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.
