Our Mission As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more. Our Values Take the Lead: We don't ghost our work or each other. Just as users don't leave their matches hanging, we don't let each other down. Move Fast: We have a bias for action and urgency. Something that could be done tomorrow would be better if done today. Better Together: We keep connection at the heart of dating and at the heart of how we work. Just as our users are better when they connect with others, so are we when we collaborate. Real Talk: We say the hard thing the human way. Just as we ask our users to behave with kindness and candor in our community, we expect Team Tinder to do the same. Safety First: We act with integrity, transparency, and consistency so people feel safe—whether they're swiping, matching, or working alongside us. Spark Fun: We have fun to unlock creativity, fuel innovation, and help us build better experiences for daters. The Role At Tinder, our Recs, Revenue, and Engagement teams play a mission-critical role in shaping the core user experience by helping people "spark something new with someone new" through personalized recommendations, bringing users back at the right moment, and making sure they succeed once they're here. As Senior TPM, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional programs across these three teams while keeping each team's day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, along with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Localization, to bring structure to rapidly evolving plans and priorities, resolve dependencies before they become blockers, and deliver incredible user experiences at global scale. Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA or Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will: Own end-to-end delivery for high-impact programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement from planning through launch, including the ongoing development of recommendation infrastructure and models for Recs; subscription, payments, and ads programs for Revenue; and lifecycle messaging and the CRM platform for Engagement. Act as the connective tissue between Recs, Revenue, and Engagement and other product teams in the organization, tracking milestones, surfacing cross-team dependencies, driving alignment on ownership and sequencing, and mitigating risk across mobile, backend, ML, and web engineering teams. Proactively identify and resolve issues by coordinating with teams to determine solutions and prioritize tasks; collaborate with teams as needed to improve existing processes while maintaining a high bar for both quality and velocity. Provide clear, timely communications to executive and senior leadership on program health, including mission reports, status updates, and escalations that come with a recommended path forward, not just a status. You'll need: 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management for consumer mobile products at scale, preferably supporting recommendations, ranking, or personalization; monetization (subscriptions, payments, or ads); or growth and lifecycle messaging. Proven ability to run a portfolio of concurrent programs across multiple teams, building delivery plans, dependency maps, release plans, and risk registers that stay current as priorities shift. Demonstrated success in partnering with PMs, engineering leads, and senior leadership, cultivating strong cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. AI fluency, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to automate routine program management work like status reporting, documentation, and dependency tracking, and to accelerate cross-functional communication. Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Jira Product Discovery, including configuring views, fields, and workflows, plus Confluence, Google Suite, and Figma. Expertise in agile methodologies and a deep understanding of PDLC and SDLC best practices. Nice to have: Experience with subscription billing and payments, including Apple in-app purchase, Google Play Billing, web checkout, or alternative payment programs in regulated markets. Working knowledge of the ML project lifecycle, from feature and data readiness through offline training and evaluation to online experimentation and rollout, and how planning for model work differs from planning for feature work. Experience with programmatic ads, including ad placements, mediation, or SDK integrations on iOS and Android. Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM messaging platforms (push, SMS, email) and the opt-in and regional compliance requirements that come with them.

Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. The Foundation and Luau Platform team builds the shared platform that Roblox's user interface runs on. Our UI is written in Luau, Roblox's scripting language, using React-style frameworks. We own the core pieces that product teams across Roblox rely on: a component library used across Roblox's apps and tools, server-driven UI, the core app frame and navigation, and the frameworks and libraries underneath them. Our goal is to make that platform fast, consistent, and reliable for the engineers who build on it. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help shape and build it, working across systems, platforms, and infrastructure. You Will - Design and build the frameworks and APIs that Roblox's UI is built on, including layout and navigation systems, server-driven UI, and a shared component library - Build and evolve the core systems beneath the UI, such as navigation, routing, state management, and data flow, so features load quickly and behave consistently - Drive startup performance, transition smoothness, and layout stability across the client on phones, tablets, and desktop, using traces and telemetry to set measurable quality bars - Roll out platform changes safely at scale, using feature flags, staged rollouts, and side-by-side validation of old and new implementations, with fast rollback when needed - Drive adoption of the platform across Roblox by partnering with product, design, and feature engineering teams to guide them onto our frameworks and components, and turning their feedback into a better platform - Raise the quality bar through thoughtful code review, strong test coverage, and clear documentation, and mentor other engineers You Have - 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping client applications, ideally on mobile (iOS, Android) or desktop, with a strong foundation in application architecture - Strong hands-on experience with React and a solid understanding of how it works, including its component model, state management, and rendering behavior, ideally in an application setting such as React Native rather than purely web - Experience designing shared frameworks, UI platforms, or core libraries that other engineers build on - A solid understanding of client rendering and layout performance across multiple screen sizes, form factors, and orientations - Strong debugging and profiling skills, with experience diagnosing performance issues such as slow startup, visual stutter, and memory pressure - Experience with feature flagging, staged rollouts, and experiment-driven launches - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to align multiple teams around a technical plan - Comfort working in a large, evolving codebase and migrating legacy code incrementally Bonus Points - Experience with Luau or Lua - Experience with React Navigation or comparable routing libraries - Experience with native mobile development on iOS or Android - Experience with server-driven UI or dynamic UI delivery systems - Experience building cross-platform applications that run on mobile, desktop, and console - Experience supporting other engineers in adopting a shared platform, through documentation, migration guides, or direct developer support For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. GTM Strategy & Operations Lead (Legal & Field Ops)
At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Revenue team The Revenue team drives Affirm's top-line growth through strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm's products. About the Role GTM Strategy & Operations takes product and pricing initiatives and creates commercially viable, operationally sound go-to-market motions. We partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing to design rollout groups, coordinate implementation, and equip the field — CSMs, AEs, and TAMs — with the processes they need to create world-class go-to-market. As an individual contributor, the Lead owns the go-to-market operations for a specific product line or segment end to end. You're handed the objective and you decide how to execute: building the target lists, assigning appropriate account actions, segmenting customers by contractual and pricing eligibility, and tracking adoption. You turn high-level product and pricing inputs into a plan a rep can actually execute. What You'll Do - Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives — segmenting potential customers and managing the legal and pricing operations. - Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing into an executable process. - Manage Affirm’s first-in-class AI contract dashboard for field teams to understand legal and pricing eligibility for product initiatives. - Build and maintain the tools and playbooks the field needs for strategic initiatives, including contract renewal planning, pricing standardization, and new product GTM. - Fluently navigate different perspectives on the same launch — the exec "why it matters," the customer value proposition, and the field-facing analysis. - Sit close to the field, and turn what you hear into recommendations for cross-functional teams. - Analyze performance data to find where a launch is stalling, and flag risks early. What We Look For - 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth environment. - A track record of owning a go-to-market motion or customer-facing initiative end to end, rollout through adoption, within a defined scope. - You've been handed vague "go make this work" instructions, then built a solution that resonated with stakeholders and customers. - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing. - Comfort translating product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution. - Solid analytical instincts: you use adoption and performance data to decide what to do next, not just to report what happened. - Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking. - You do your best work in ambiguity and move fast without waiting to be told the approach. - Familiarity with merchant, payments, or SaaS sales motions is a must-have. - Experience using SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data to support business insights and decision-making. - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, and drive efficiency, with an understanding of how to apply and validate AI-generated outputs. Pay Grade - K Equity Grade - 6 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $145,000 - $205,000 USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $128,000 - $188,000 Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. LI-Remote Remote-first with flexibility built in Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Here are a few highlights: - Health coverage at no cost: We cover 100% of premiums for employees and their dependents. - Spending stipends: Monthly stipends support your tech setup, and the ability to choose health and wellness options that are right for you. - Time off to recharge: Flexible time off and generous holiday calendars help you rest when you need to. - Own a piece of what you build: Our employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) lets you buy Affirm stock at a discount. We’re committed to providing an inclusive interview process, including accommodations for candidates with disabilities. If you need support, we’re happy to help. Senior Technical Account Manager (Strategic Allian...
At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. As a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) at Affirm, you will own the operational aspect of technical account management across Affirm's strategic alliance portfolio—alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, delivering against SLAs, fielding technical inquiries, and performing investigations and analysis, while also driving technical initiatives that translate merchant business objectives into technical strategies and product optimizations. Senior TAMs are part of the Engineering team and collaborate closely with Affirm's Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Frontline Technical Support teams. This is an operations-heavy role to start. Expect the majority of your early focus to be on keeping merchant integrations healthy—monitoring, triage, troubleshooting, and SLA delivery—while you progressively take on more custom solutioning and cross-functional initiatives. Over your first 6–12 months, as you build operational mastery, you will grow into owning your own book of accounts and carrying it through to end-to-end account ownership. A Senior TAM independently owns operational health across the strategic alliance portfolio, designs custom integration solutions grounded in Affirm's standard integrations, drives cross-team collaboration on initiatives, acts as a technical lead on team projects, and mentors less-experienced members of the team. What You'll Do - Own the operational aspect of technical account management across Affirm's strategic alliance portfolio—alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fielding technical inquiries—so integrations stay healthy and issues are resolved quickly. - Deliver against SLAs, proactively surfacing technical risks before they become customer-impacting and responding with urgency to merchant issues. - Perform in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs, queries, and integration data, owning resolution end to end and escalating to cross-functional partners or executives when needed. - Drive technical initiatives and partner with internal and merchant stakeholders on launch initiatives—expansions, promotions, new product adoption, and integration optimizations—that grow the value of the accounts after launch. - Design and deliver high-scope, often-custom integration solutions grounded in Affirm's standard integrations—combining, extending, and tailoring them to complex, open-ended problems while balancing speed, quality, maintainability, reliability, and scalability. - Act as a technical lead for internal projects, defining and delivering well-scoped milestones and executing the project roadmap. - Operationalize best practices by creating and updating playbooks, runbooks, alerting, and UAT certification plans across the strategic alliance portfolio and continuously reduce keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) work. - Partner with Product and Engineering leads to identify, plan, and prioritize projects based on team goals and resources, acting as the voice of the merchant to influence the roadmap. - Mentor and level up less-experienced TAMs, share learnings from your integrations and investigations, and contribute to interviewing and team development. - Over your first 6–12 months, grow into owning a dedicated book of strategic alliance accounts—carrying operational ownership through to end-to-end account ownership. What We Look For - Professional Background: at least six years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture—ideally within FinTech, payments, or SaaS—with a demonstrated track record of owning the operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs. - Operational Ownership: proven ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries across a set of accounts, balancing reactive operational work with proactive initiatives. - Ownership & Autonomy: proven ability to independently scope and deliver complex, open-ended technical work, and to partner with stakeholders on launch initiatives, with strong project management and follow-through. - API Expertise: deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and the HTTP protocol, with hands-on experience using tools like Postman to debug and validate integrations. - Architecture Fluency: Experience in API integrations and the ability to design custom solutions on top of them to solve complex merchant challenges. - Coding & Code Fluency: ability to read and understand production-level code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and ideally one server-side language such as Python) and to author new, novel queries to diagnose merchant or system issues. - Troubleshooting Acumen: ability to diagnose issues using browser developer consoles, log analysis and observability platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Chronosphere), and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Notion). - Technical Communication: excellent verbal and written communication; able to tailor explanations to both non-technical leaders and technical teams, read a room and adjust in real time, and synthesize technical challenges back to internal teams. - Relationship Management: ability to discover and develop relationships with technical decision-makers, secure written consensus on integration milestones, and drive cross-team collaboration. - Leadership & Mentorship: demonstrated ability to mentor teammates, set best practices, and lead technical initiatives; a growth mindset with self-awareness and a habit of seeking and acting on feedback. Nice to Have - Familiarity with the payments ecosystem. - Familiarity with web/mobile application architecture. - Experience implementing or customizing e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, or in-store point-of-sale systems. - Experience acting as a technical lead on cross-functional projects and influencing product roadmaps. About the role Millions of people use the Affirm Card, but we don’t yet give them a reason to keep coming back beyond the product itself. You’ll build our consumer loyalty program from scratch: what people earn, how they move up, and why Affirm becomes their default way to pay. What you’ll do - Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s consumer loyalty program, setting the hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across multiple quarters - Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and the surfaces that make the value obvious in app, at checkout, and after a purchase - Build the engagement loops (progress, milestones, personalized offers) that turn a one-time borrower into someone who reaches for Affirm every week - Own the program economics: reward liability, funding mix across merchant-funded offers, interchange and network incentives, and the case for incremental GMV against cost per member - Set up the measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, then tune earn and burn rates and tier thresholds off what the data says - Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design rewards that are compliant and clearly disclosed, with no hidden fees or fine print that surprises people - Align senior stakeholders and pull together dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded engineering and design pods through a lot of ambiguity What we look for - 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks - Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent. You know earn and burn mechanics and what makes a program pay for itself - History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists - Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric, and know which levers actually move them - Comfortable building the financial model yourself and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership - Strong UX instincts and a high bar for design. You know the difference between a reward that feels good and a badge buried in a settings menu - Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and a bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly - Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products; comfort partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance - Excellent cross-functional leadership, including experience leading without authority - AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others to research, analyze and prototype, and help develop better product vision - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Base Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 7 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Product Designer, Player Experiences
Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Our mission on the Developer Platform team is to help game studios succeed by creating meaningful experiences for players. As a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) team, we serve two key audiences. For game studios, we build smart integrations and intuitive tools that make it easy for developers and community managers to connect with players and bring the best of Discord into their games. For players, we enhance on-platform experiences that deepen their connection to the games they love and make it easier to build lasting friendships through play, which ties directly to Discord's mission of helping people find belonging. You'll focus on the player-facing side of that equation: the experiences players have on Discord and in-game as a result of studio integrations. For example, you might design in-game ways to invite Discord friends to play, mobile-friendly ways to see what friends are playing right now, or new ways to bring game moments and achievements onto Discord to spark social connection. Your work will span surfaces like in-game overlays, the Discord client, and Discord mobile, wherever players discover games, make new friends, and play together. As a product designer, you'll work across the full product development cycle, from early exploration through launch and iteration. In a given week, you might be prototyping an in-game invite flow, playtesting a mobile surface with your engineering partners, and walking the squad through your design rationale in a review. You'll bring a thoughtful mix of user empathy, systems thinking, and visual craft to solve meaningful problems for developers and players alike. If you're energized by complex challenges, passionate about games and community, and excited to help shape how studios partner with Discord, we'd love to hear from you. This person will report to the Sr. Product Design Manager on our Developer Platform Design team. What You'll Be Doing - Embed within the Player Experience squad and partner with a staff designer, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design the player-facing side of studio integrations, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration. - Design player-facing features like friend invites, game presence, and shareable game moments, accounting for how developers configure and integrate them so the experience holds up across every game and platform. - Mix your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to solve for the constraints of both desktop and mobile surfaces, ensuring feature parity and quality. - Playtest your work regularly, iterating on feedback from players, peers, and leadership to reach a polished, production-ready experience. - Produce comprehensive design documentation and interactive prototypes, and keep them up to date as decisions evolve, so engineering and product partners can build with confidence. - Share work early and often in critiques and team reviews, and communicate the business and user-centered rationale behind design choices in forums such as design reviews, project-team meetings, and leadership discussions. What you should have - 2+ years of experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms. - Experience designing consumer-facing mobile features specifically (not just responsive web), including familiarity with mobile platform conventions and constraints (iOS/Android). - An ownership mindset with a bias toward action, helping to drive projects and decisions forward. - A high craft bar and attention to detail in user experience, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools to demonstrate interaction, functionality, and flows. - Ability to communicate complex problems and experiences simply, and to know when a user journey, wireframe, deck, prototype, or design specification will be most effective in doing so. - Experience working within a design system, and contributing back to it. - Experience designing for mature products, both against a vision and through incremental improvements. Bonus Points - Experience designing mobile-first experiences. - Casual or committed gamer, on mobile and PC. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 to $166,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits. Why Discord? Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming. We're a multiplatform, multigenerational and multiplayer platform that helps people deepen their friendships around games and shared interests, and helps developers build and grow their businesses. We believe games give us a way to have fun with our favorite people, whether listening to music together or grinding in competitive matches for diamond rank. Join us in our mission! Design Engineer
Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! About the Role We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next. You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role. We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next. Why this role Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it. Responsibilities - Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams. - Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team. - Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced. - Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly. - Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff. - Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck. - Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows. - Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans. Nice-to-haves - Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar). - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on. - Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs). - Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary). - Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used. Full-Time Employees at Cohere enjoy these Perks: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. How and Where We Work: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply. We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form , and we will work together to meet your needs. We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider. Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If jobs are viewed on other sites then please verify these through our official careers page.

We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool. What you’ll be doing: - Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives. - Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve. - Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers. - Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope. - Design, build, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile Application, owning the reliability, performance, and availability. - Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the application you’re running. - Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team. - Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system. As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must. What are we looking for in you? - You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. - You are customer focused. - We build everything with our users in mind. - You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs. - Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively. - Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must. What makes you a great fit: - Experience with at least one native mobile platform (Android or iOS). - Strong experience building production Flutter apps, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and architecting maintainable codebases. - Experience taking mobile features from idea to release in a self-driven way, from clarifying requirements and exploring solutions to building, testing, CI/CD workflows, and shipping updates to the App Store and Google Play - Comfort integrating mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services - Write clean, maintainable, and performant code that is easy for other engineers to understand and extend. Bonus points for: - Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects). - Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn. - Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code. - Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects Compensation & rewards: In Sweden, the Base compensation range for this role is SEK 878,000 - 1,098,500.
