Our Mission As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more. Our Values Take the Lead: We don't ghost our work or each other. Just as users don't leave their matches hanging, we don't let each other down. Move Fast: We have a bias for action and urgency. Something that could be done tomorrow would be better if done today. Better Together: We keep connection at the heart of dating and at the heart of how we work. Just as our users are better when they connect with others, so are we when we collaborate. Real Talk: We say the hard thing the human way. Just as we ask our users to behave with kindness and candor in our community, we expect Team Tinder to do the same. Safety First: We act with integrity, transparency, and consistency so people feel safe—whether they're swiping, matching, or working alongside us. Spark Fun: We have fun to unlock creativity, fuel innovation, and help us build better experiences for daters. In this role, you will: Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of consumer-facing recommendation features in the Tinder iOS app. Build polished, intuitive experiences that connect recommendation logic, APIs, experiments, analytics, and quality validation for millions of members worldwide. Own well-scoped features and components from planning and implementation through testing, experiment launch, and validation, with increasing independence. Collaborate closely with iOS and backend engineers, Product, Design, Data Science and Analytics, QA, ML, Infrastructure, and partner teams across Tinder. Write maintainable, well-tested Swift code and help protect app health, performance, reliability, and member experience. Investigate bugs and quality issues using a structured approach, identify root causes, and add appropriate tests or monitoring to reduce regression risk. Contribute to shared frameworks, technical improvements, code reviews, and engineering practices that make the team more effective. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs clearly and proactively. Develop expertise in Tinder’s iOS architecture and recommendation systems while progressing toward broader, end-to-end project ownership. Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly to improve prototyping, implementation, testing, delivery speed, and quality. You'll need: Approximately 2+ years of professional experience building and shipping production, consumer-facing applications with native iOS technologies. Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating mobile features with backend services. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows such as pull requests and code reviews. Ability to write testable, maintainable code using Swift Testing, XCTest, or similar tools. Solid debugging and code-quality fundamentals, including the ability to give and receive actionable code-review feedback. Clear, solution-oriented communication and a willingness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional environment. An ownership mindset with the ability to deliver well-scoped work, surface risks, and follow through from implementation to launch validation. Nice to have: Experience with UIKit, Objective-C, or Combine in an existing production codebase. Familiarity with modular iOS architectures or dependency-injection approaches, including MDI, MDUI, Nodes, or Needle. Experience with Bazel, Swift Package Manager, XCUITest, CI/CD pipelines, or mobile monitoring tools. It is being built around a clear principle: people and organizations should be able to use AI while staying in control of their data, infrastructure, model choices, and long-term options. Thunderbolt is designed to support flexible deployment models, integrations with AI tools and workflows, and use cases across desktop, web, and mobile. We’re looking for a Staff Product Engineer to help build Thunderbolt as it moves from early product development into enterprise use cases. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack product engineering, AI-enabled product development, enterprise workflows, technical execution, product judgment, and post-launch iteration. You’ll work across the stack to turn product direction, user needs, partner feedback, and enterprise requirements into complete product features for AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, administration, integrations, and enterprise workflows. This is not a role focused only on implementing tickets. You’ll own product work from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration, helping the team understand whether features are usable, reliable, being used, and creating value. You should be comfortable operating independently in ambiguity, working across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-adjacent areas, and making thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, usability, maintainability, reliability, and enterprise needs. Strong candidates will be able to turn ambiguous product ideas and technical direction into shipped product experiences, reusable product and engineering patterns, and practical improvements that help Thunderbolt scale as both an open-source product and an enterprise-ready platform. What you’ll do - Own the implementation of Thunderbolt product features from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration. - Translate product vision, user needs, partner feedback, and enterprise requirements into practical technical plans and shipped product experiences. - Work across the stack to build, integrate, test, and ship complete product features. - Build features for AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, administration, integrations, and enterprise workflows. - Partner closely with product, design, engineering, enterprise-facing teams, and open-source contributors to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Collaborate with senior technical leadership to turn product-shaping technical direction into executable product work. - Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to accelerate implementation while maintaining strong judgment around quality, security, maintainability, and reliability. - Make thoughtful technical and product tradeoffs in ambiguous situations, balancing speed, usability, maintainability, reliability, and enterprise needs. - Follow through after launch by reviewing usage, qualitative feedback, support signals, quality issues, and adoption patterns. - Instrument features or collaborate on measurement approaches that help the team understand adoption, reliability, and product value. - Identify product gaps, technical risks, edge cases, and opportunities to improve the user experience. - Write clear, maintainable, well-tested code across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-adjacent areas. - Help establish reusable product and engineering patterns that allow future features to be built more efficiently. - Contribute to a product engineering culture grounded in ownership, quality, experimentation, user value, and practical execution. What you bring - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and shipping production applications with Staff-level scope, leadership, and impact. - Strong full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to work across user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, data flows, and infrastructure-adjacent areas. - Demonstrated experience owning complex product features from technical planning through implementation, launch, evaluation, and iteration. - Experience building AI-enabled products or features, with practical familiarity in LLMs, RAG, agents, model/provider abstraction, data connectors, retrieval systems, or AI application architecture. - Practical experience evaluating and using multiple AI tools, models, frameworks, or development harnesses, with the ability to explain tradeoffs, limitations, and preferred tooling choices. - Experience working with open-source enterprise products, developer tools, infrastructure products, platform products, or technically complex enterprise software. - Strong product judgment, including the ability to translate product direction, user feedback, partner input, customer needs, and product signals into practical technical plans and follow-up iterations. - Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing product environment where product direction, technical architecture, and enterprise requirements are still being defined. - Strong understanding of software quality, testing, maintainability, security, performance, reliability, and implementation tradeoffs. - Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, design, open-source, and customer- or partner-facing stakeholders. - Awareness of enterprise software needs, including privacy, security, administration, access control, compliance, deployment flexibility, supportability, and responsible AI considerations. Bonus points for - Experience with self-hosted, hybrid, customer-controlled, or regulated deployment environments. - Familiarity with regulatory or compliance considerations affecting AI and enterprise software, such as the EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar frameworks. - Experience working with enterprise customers, public sector organizations, systems integrators, technical partners, or customer-facing engineering teams. - Experience contributing to reusable product patterns, component libraries, technical frameworks, or shared engineering practices. - Experience with instrumentation, observability, experimentation, or other approaches to understanding product adoption, reliability, and value. What success looks like In this role, success means helping Thunderbolt turn ambiguous product ideas, technical direction, user needs, and enterprise requirements into complete product capabilities that are usable, reliable, maintainable, and valuable. You will help the team move quickly while also building the patterns, feedback loops, and product quality needed for Thunderbolt to scale as both an open-source product and an enterprise-ready platform. Over time, successful work in this role will lead to: - Shipped features that solve real user, partner, and enterprise needs. - Stronger full-stack product capabilities across AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, administration, integrations, and enterprise workflows. - Clearer technical plans that translate product direction and enterprise requirements into executable work. - Better post-launch understanding of whether features are being used, working as intended, and creating value. - More reusable product and engineering patterns that help future features move faster. - Fewer product gaps, edge cases, and technical risks discovered late in development. - Stronger alignment between product, design, engineering, enterprise-facing teams, and open-source contributors. - Greater confidence that Thunderbolt features are secure, maintainable, supportable, and ready for enterprise use. Work environment You’ll work with our passionate staff and open-source community members from all over the globe to support the mission and objectives of MZLA Technologies Corporation. Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem
Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . About the Team Reddit's developer ecosystem is one of the biggest opportunities to make Reddit more useful, expressive, extensible, and valuable. Today, most people who build on Reddit are developers: they write code, use Devvit, work with APIs, and ship apps or games through a relatively technical workflow. That ecosystem is growing quickly and remains critical. But the future is bigger than developers alone. AI-assisted building is changing who can create software. The next generation of Reddit apps, games, tools, community agents, content formats, and workflows should be buildable by many more people: developers, technically curious creators, moderators, community builders, game designers, data partners, and eventually people who can describe what they want without needing to code it by hand. The Developer Ecosystem team owns the product systems that help this broader set of builders discover opportunities, create successfully, launch high-quality apps and games, reach the right users and communities, adopt new platform capabilities, and keep improving after launch. This includes surfaces and systems like developers.reddit.com, AI-assisted creation, app review, developer and creator onboarding, app marketplace experiences, platform capabilities, best practices, and support for emerging creator categories. About the Role We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Reddit's Builder Ecosystem product strategy. This person will define the roadmap for how Reddit moves from a developer-only ecosystem to a broader builder ecosystem where AI-assisted and no-code creation become first-class parts of the platform. The role spans developer growth, creator onboarding, AI-assisted building, app quality, ecosystem incentives, platform capabilities, app marketplace strategy, operational tooling, feature adoption, and new builder categories. This is a high-ambiguity platform role with direct business, product, and community impact. The right PM will be able to bridge two worlds: they should understand the needs of serious developers and platform engineers, while also having strong conviction that Reddit can unlock a much larger wave of builders by making creation more accessible, guided, AI-native, and outcome-oriented. What You'll Do - Define the product strategy for Reddit's Developer Ecosystem, including the transition from code-first developers to a broader base of AI-assisted creators. - Own the roadmap for developers.reddit.com as the primary builder portal, including onboarding, docs, app management, analytics, review status, feature access, education, examples, templates, and AI-assisted creation entry points. - Lead strategy for AI-assisted app creation, including prompt-to-app workflows, AI building tools, no-code or low-code experiences, reusable templates, generated scaffolds, and systems that help creators turn ideas into useful Reddit-native apps. - Build the product approach for an App Marketplace that helps users, moderators, communities, and internal teams discover high-quality apps, games, agents, tools, and community experiences. - Improve app review and ecosystem operations through tooling, automation, and AI-assisted workflows, including LLM-powered app review, policy checks, quality signals, and reviewer efficiency. - Partner with Engineering to prioritize core platform capabilities and performance improvements such as webhooks, webviews, APIs, SDKs, tooling, observability, and other primitives builders need to create reliable apps. - Drive more successful, retentive, and popular apps and games by identifying best practices, improving templates, shaping incentives, and creating clearer paths from idea to launch to growth. - Identify and support new creator and developer categories - Partner with internal teams such as Contribution, Community Builders, Games, Search, Recommendations, Safety, and Ads to help them launch new functionality through the developer ecosystem. - Define and improve feature adoption programs so builders understand, test, and successfully use new platform capabilities. - Work with developer relations to establish the measurement system for the ecosystem, including weekly active developers/creators, NPS/CSAT, app launches, app retention and more - Create clear frameworks for when Reddit should build platform primitives, launch templates, fund builders, partner with external teams, promote apps, or shut down low-quality or low-trust ecosystem behavior. - Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevRel, Community, Data, Safety, Legal, Policy, Support, BD, and senior leadership. What We're Looking For - Experience leading high-ambiguity platform, developer ecosystem, creator ecosystem, marketplace, gaming, AI tooling, or developer experience products. - Strong product judgment for creation platforms: understanding what makes a platform powerful for advanced developers, approachable for new creators, trustworthy for communities, and worth sustained investment. - Comfort with code, APIs, developer tools, technical platform tradeoffs, and engineering conversations, paired with strong conviction that AI-assisted and no-code creation will expand who can build on Reddit. - Ability to reason across multiple sides of the ecosystem: developers, creators, users, moderators, communities, internal teams, partners, and Reddit's business priorities. - Experience improving developer or creator onboarding, docs, portals, SDKs, APIs, marketplaces, app review, app distribution, AI creation tools, or app-building workflows. - Strong analytical judgment and comfort defining metrics for ecosystem health, builder productivity, app quality, retention, distribution, and business impact. - Ability to partner deeply with Engineering on platform capabilities, performance, reliability, primitives, observability, and build-vs-buy decisions. - Strong product sense for apps, games, agents, content creation tools, community-native experiences, and the kinds of lightweight software that should exist inside Reddit communities. - Comfort working with AI-assisted creation tools, LLM-based workflows, prompt-to-app systems, or other emerging ways of helping more people build software. - Excellent written communication and decision frameworks that help teams make crisp investment decisions in ambiguous spaces. Benefits: - Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs - 401k with Employer Match - Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support - Family Planning Support - Gender-Affirming Care - Mental Health & Coaching Benefits - Flexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off - Generous Paid Parental Leave Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Additionally, Reddit offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, generous time off for vacation, and parental leave. To learn more, please visit https://www.redditinc.com/careers/ . To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base salary range for this position is: $217,000 - $303,900 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI). You will have the opportunity to opt out of recording, transcription and summarization prior to any scheduled interviews. During the interview, we will collect the following categories of personal information: Identifiers, Professional and Employment-Related Information, Sensory Information (audio/video recording), and any other categories of personal information you choose to share with us. We will use this information to evaluate your application for employment or an independent contractor role, as applicable. We will not sell your personal information or disclose it to any third party for their marketing purposes. We will delete any recording of your interview promptly after making a hiring decision. For more information about how we will handle your personal information, including our retention of it, please refer to our Candidate Privacy Policy for Potential Employees and Contractors . Reddit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and is committed to building a workforce representative of the diverse communities we serve. Reddit is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If, due to a disability, you need an accommodation during the interview process, please let your recruiter know.

We’re looking for a Staff Designer to help shape the product experience for Thunderbolt as it moves from early product development into enterprise use cases. This role sits at the intersection of product design, front-end engineering, prototyping, and AI-assisted product development. You’ll turn early product ideas, user needs, partner feedback, and workflow concepts into working prototypes and production-ready user experiences. This is not a role focused only on mockups or design artifacts. You’ll work directly in the codebase, use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, and help define the interaction patterns that make Thunderbolt intuitive, useful, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready. You should be comfortable operating independently in ambiguity, moving quickly from concept to prototype, distinguishing between experiments and production-ready work, and creating reusable product and interaction patterns that help the broader team move faster. What you’ll do - Build functional prototypes and product experiments directly in the Thunderbolt codebase. - Translate ambiguous product ideas, user workflows, partner feedback, and enterprise needs into clear, usable product experiences. - Help define interaction patterns for AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise administration. - Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and implementation while maintaining strong judgment around quality, usability, security, accessibility, and maintainability. - Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and enterprise-facing teams to explore, validate, and refine product direction. - Contribute production-quality front-end code where appropriate. - Identify when a prototype should be discarded, refined, generalized, or productionized. - Improve the usability, accessibility, consistency, and polish of the Thunderbolt user experience. - Help develop reusable components, interface patterns, or design-system elements that create leverage for the broader product team. - Bring a user-centered perspective to technical and product discussions, especially where AI behavior, user trust, transparency, permissions, or workflow clarity are important. - Consider enterprise needs when designing product experiences, including data sensitivity, user control, administrative visibility, auditability, and security expectations. - Contribute to a product culture that values speed, clarity, experimentation, maintainability, responsible AI use, and thoughtful user experience. What you bring - 10+ years of relevant experience in design engineering, front-end engineering, UX engineering, product design with strong technical implementation experience, or a closely related role, with demonstrated leadership and impact beyond individual deliverables. - Strong front-end engineering skills, including experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript, component-based frameworks, and building prototypes or production features directly in an application codebase. - Strong product and interaction design judgment, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, workflow design, and product polish. - Experience designing, prototyping, or building AI-enabled product experiences, such as chat, search, research tools, agents, automation, knowledge interfaces, or workflow tools where user trust, context, output quality, and human oversight are central to the experience. - Experience translating ambiguous product concepts into usable workflows, prototypes, and shipped product experiences, with the judgment to balance speed, quality, maintainability, learning, and product risk. - Experience providing technical or product leadership through mentoring, cross-functional coordination, reusable patterns, project ownership, or influence beyond individual deliverables. - Practical awareness of AI, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations that may affect product experience, including transparency, user control, permissions, data handling, and trust; familiarity with frameworks such as the EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, HIPAA, or comparable responsible AI, privacy, and security requirements. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. - Portfolio, case studies, shipped work, or examples demonstrating design-to-code execution, interactive prototypes, or product experience improvements. If you’ve shipped mobile apps, obsess over details that improve everyday use, and love turning user insights into real improvements, this is a great opportunity to drive impact at Firefox. What you’ll do: - Build a fundamentally better browser experience: fix bugs, refine UI and navigation, improve downloads, menus, performance, and all the small details that make Firefox noticeably better for users who care about privacy, quality and reliability. - Drive strong activation and retention: focus on the new-user journey, quickly hooking people after they install the app, understanding where they drop off, and relentlessly optimizing the funnel through data, testing and iteration. - Deliver differentiating features and experiences that make Firefox stickier for key user groups, the kinds of things others can’t or won’t build. - Work closely with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements while balancing user needs, technical constraints, privacy and performance goals. - Stay deeply connected to real users: track App Store trends and discussions, test apps hands-on, analyze reviews and analytics, and turn those insights into concrete enhancements for Firefox on iOS and Android. - Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console (crashes, ANRs, ratings) and support acquisition/retention efforts through ASO, store listings and growth experiments. - Adapt and optimize Firefox for global markets (Europe, Japan, Asia etc.), keeping cultural differences and local realities like data constraints in mind. What you'll bring: - Proven Shipping Experience: Hands-on experience launching or managing apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store, with clear impact on user experience and metrics. - Execution Focus: A strong track record of delivering features and improvements under deadlines through effective collaboration with engineering, design and cross-functional partners. - Mobile & Browser Fluency: Deep understanding of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store policies and web browser technologies, with genuine passion for what makes a great browsing experience. - Data-Driven Iteration: Comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback to improve activation, retention and overall product quality. - User Obsession: Natural habit of studying apps, following trends on platforms like X/Twitter and Reddit, and testing experiences yourself to uncover opportunities. - Global & Growth Mindset: Interest or experience growing products in international markets with sensitivity to local user needs. - Bonus: - Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products. - History of meaningfully scaling an app’s user base. - Currently maintaining your own side project or app on the App Store or Google Play. Senior Software Engineer, Core Engine
Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. The Game Engine team at Roblox works on the systems that power the experiences at the heart of the metaverse. Our code is the technical foundation in our client, editor, and our simulation servers. The Game Engine team is broadly split into departments — Audio-Video-Communication, Avatar, Core AI, Digital Matter, Productivity, and Systems. This position is for the Systems Runtime pod. The Runtime pod builds and maintains the foundational C++ components that power the entire Roblox engine and Studio stack. We own the runtime layer — the performance, efficiency, and usability of the core primitives that every other engineering team relies on. Think of Runtime as the “standard library” and execution engine for Roblox's C++ world. Our ownership centers on three pillars: - Concurrency System — our task scheduler and fiber runtime power how work is parallelized across CPU cores, letting teams scale features across platforms while keeping code understandable and debuggable. - Memory System — we own the engine's memory allocator stack, tracking pipelines, and observability tooling to make memory behavior predictable and prevent leaks and fragmentation. - Profiling and Observability — we build and evolve the MicroProfiler and telemetry pipelines to help engineers diagnose real-world regressions and keep the client fast at global scale. This role centers on our Concurrency system. You will own the scheduler and fiber runtime that the rest of the engine is built on, research and implement the performance work needed for 3K-player servers and genre expansion initiatives, and act as the point of contact other engine teams come to with concurrency asks. You will debug real production failures across PC, Mac, mobile, and console, and build deep intuition for how compilers, CPU architectures, and operating systems interact. A single well-designed primitive or optimization here makes hundreds of internal engineers more productive and millions of player sessions smoother. You Will: - Take ownership of part of the engine's Concurrency system — the task scheduler, fiber runtime, and async APIs that every other engine team builds on. - Research and implement performance improvements that unblock platform initiatives – unlocking higher fidelity and richer experiences. - Serve as a point of contact for concurrency across the org: design reviews, hard parallelism bugs, and asks from other engine teams. - Improve the ergonomics, testability, and debuggability of concurrent code across PC, Mac, mobile, and console. You Have: - Strong modern C++ (C++17 or newer) in a large, complex production codebase - Deep multithreading/concurrency experience — schedulers, thread pools, lock-free programming, atomics, memory models - Comfort profiling and reasoning about performance at the OS/CPU level Nice to Have: - Game engine or real-time systems experience - Fiber/coroutine runtimes, work-stealing or job-system schedulers - Cross-platform low-level development (Android, iOS, console) - Track record as the go-to expert other teams consult on a system For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page . Annual Salary Range $196,750 - $243,290 USD Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted). Roblox provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. Roblox also provides reasonable accommodations to candidates with qualifying disabilities or religious beliefs during the recruiting process. For US based roles only, please note the Company may not be able to employ candidates for this role who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.

IT Engineer, Internal AI Infrastructure
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma employees are among the most AI-active in the industry, and our Internal AI team exists to make that energy compound rather than fragment. Sitting within FTS (our Business Technology org), the team owns the shared rails for employee-facing AI: the platforms that lets every Figmate, from sales to recruiting to finance, build and use AI tools that are governed, reliable, and reusable. We're a small, high-leverage team organized around three pillars: Platform & Tooling, Infrastructure & Hosting, and Applied AI Builds. This role anchors the Infrastructure & Hosting pillar. This is the runtime layer everything else depends on. You'll design and build the paved path that takes an internal AI app, bot, or agent from prototype to production: shared hosting and execution infrastructure, model routing that directs each task to the right model based on cost and capability, and the telemetry, audit, and cost-attribution layer that gives our security and finance partners visibility no one at Figma has today. You'll work closely with our IT Engineering team on identity and access patterns, with Security on guardrails for sensitive-data workflows, and with the AI infrastructure teams building Figma's product to share gateways and avoid duplicate layers. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: - Design and build the hosting golden path for internal AI applications, bots, and agents, including runtime patterns for long-running workflows, scheduled jobs, and agent execution - Build the model routing layer that directs tasks across frontier and lower-cost models based on cost, capability, and policy with a full audit trail - Stand up observability, usage analytics, audit logging, and per-team cost attribution for AI workloads across the company - Integrate identity, access, and security patterns (Okta-connected by default) so every internal AI app is safe on day one, including the sanctioned path for workflows touching customer, financial, or people data - Partner with engineers on our product AI infrastructure teams to share gateways and telemetry rather than building parallel systems - Help shape the team's platform strategy, roadmap, and engineering best practices as a founding member of the infrastructure pillar We'd love to hear from you if you have: - 5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering - A track record of building internal platforms or paved paths that other engineers and teams adopted, not just maintained, with excellent communication skills collaborating across security, IT, and business teams - Strong system design skills and experience architecting resilient, observable production systems - Hands-on experience with LLM operations: model gateways or routing, agent runtimes, evals, or cost/usage instrumentation - Experience with identity and access management in an enterprise environment (e.g., Okta, SSO, secure service-to-service auth) While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: - Experience building internal AI platforms or workspaces (the Ramp Glass / JPMorgan LLM Suite category) or developer platforms at a comparable scale - Familiarity with MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, or skill/plugin registry patterns - Experience working within audit and compliance programs (SOX/ITGC) or building systems with audit requirements - A history of being the first infrastructure hire on a small team, comfortable setting standards from scratch across a broad scope of responsibilities At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. This role is about building a better browser, turning downloads into loyal users, and creating experiences that truly stand out. What you’ll get: - Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team - Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage - Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute) - Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together - Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday - One-time home office stipend - Annual professional development budget - Quarterly well-being stipend - Considerable paid parental leave - Employee referral bonus program - Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country) About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled.
